Introduction
In recent years, the WITA – Wilhelm Taake GmbH has continuously improved the quality of its products and thus has increased significantly the operational and failure safety . We would like to pass on the desired quality level through the following declaration of warranty, which goes far beyond the legal regulations in terms of both content and time, to you and the professional tradesmen, you do supply.
Subject of Warranty
The 5-year warranty is valid only for WITA high-efficiency circulation pumps of the series WITA Delta Plus series, Delta HE, Delta UP, Delta MIDI, Delta MAXI, Delta TOP and go.future.
Warranty scope, Maintenance
The warranty extends only to the pumps that have been installed in Germany, that WITA has supplied to specialist wholesaler based in Germany and that have been manufactured since October 1st 2010.
WITA guarantees, that the supplied WITA high-efficiency circulation pumps of the series WITA Delta Plus, Delta HE, Delta UP, Delta MIDI, Delta MAXI, Delta TOP and go.future series will be free from material or processing defects for a period of 5 years up from the delivery date.
The warranty extends only to the pumps that have been installed in Germany, that WITA has supplied to specialist wholesaler based in Germany and that have been manufactured since October 1st 2010.
WITA guarantees, that the supplied WITA high-efficiency circulation pumps of the series WITA Delta Plus, Delta HE, Delta UP, Delta MIDI, Delta MAXI, Delta TOP and go.future series will be free from material or processing defects for a period of 5 years up from the delivery date.
The warranty will be provided in the form, that WITA will supply new pumps or spare parts for pumps to the specialist wholesaler or a recipient as named by him.
The decision whether a complete pump or one only aspare parts will be delivered, is determined exclusively by WITA and is therefore at WITA‘s discretion.
The warranty covers only the replacement of materials and not the installation and removal costs and also not other costs that exceed the cost of the material replacement goes beyond.
Further claims, especially those for damages, are excluded this warranty. The warranty will be provided in the form, that WITA will supply new pumps or spare parts for pumps to the specialist wholesaler or a recipient as named by him. The decision whether a complete pump or one only aspare parts will be delivered, is determined exclusively by WITA and is therefore at WITA‘s discretion.

Claims from this warranty are excluded if the product will show signs of damage or wear, which deviates from the normal purpose and the specifications as indicated by our company or the product has characteristics which suggest repairs or other interventions by not by WITA authorized specialised tradesmen.
Period of Warranty
The period of warranty is 5 years and begins on the day of manufacture.
Relevant is the date of manufacture on the name plate.
Taken into account will all warranty claims which will be received by WITA within the period of warranty.
All claims from this guarantee agreement will lapse latest 1 year after the case of warranty.
Processing / Return
If there are defects in the material, workmanship or performance of the claimed item within the warranty period so warranty claims must be assest immediately.
Only the WITA – Wilhelm Taake GmbH is authorized to accept warranty claims.
Costs as well as risk of loss or damage on the way to or from the location that accepts the warranty claims have to be overtaken by the specialist wholesaler.
WITA perform according to this declaration of warranty after the specialist wholesaler returned the defective pump free of charge back to WITA unless WITA waives the return.
With the perfom of warranty, WITA becomes owner of the replaced parts. Warranty claims will only be taken into account if the return form is filled in at the same time as the claim is made is presented. A previous request for an ID number is mandatory. This return form can be requested from WITA.
Exclusion of Warranty
Warranty claims cannot be considered if the device or the object of the warranty does not meet specifications, is operated by the influence of force majeure or by environmental influences (frost, overvoltage, impermissible media), is damaged or destroyed due to improper handling – particular failure to observe the operating and Installation instructions- , or due to neglected maintenance and its documentation, or has been opened or repaired by not for this authorized workshops or persons, has mechanical damage of any kind on the outside; if the system, in which the pump installed is or was, was not erected or layed according to the technical rules at this time, or if the type plate is manipulated, removed or unreadable.
WITA reserves the right for a check of the pump or the system, in which the pump was installed, by an independent expert.
Additional Regulations
The above provisions regulate the legal relationship between WITA and the specialist wholesaler based in Germany.
Further warranty claims, in particular for damage and loss of any kind, caused by the subject of the warranty or arising from its use, are excluded.
WITA extempted the specialist wholesaler as a seller of the warranty item to its customers within the scope of this warranty agreement.
This guarantee is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
